There's always the possibility of using a javascript irc client, such as qwebirc.

WebKit should be ready for b36,

I just need to do some more Auth and fix a console issue (just need to throw a console exception to break .ReadLine).

It would be interesting to get a PHP server-wrapper for Terraria (player list, command input, server info/monitoring, administrative tools) similar to McMyAdmin (Google it if you don't know what it is).

Yeh i've heard of it.
My plugin basically does the same thing, But has better access to the Server and it's control.
I can easily make a wrapper out of my plugin, But it would take up more memory.

The only problem with this being a plugin instead of a wrapper is that when you restart the server, you temporarily lose the functionality.

Most of the features of it are related to specific bukkit plugins I think anyway. The main part of it is simple enough.

I'd just like to see the code for myself.  It'd be really nice to be able to come out with a legitimate non-paid alternative to MCMA.
